HOW LIVE SCREEN PRINTING WORKS
1. TELL US ABOUT YOUR EVENT
Share your event date, location, estimated attendance, schedule, and what you would like guests to print.
2. WE PLAN THE EXPERIENCE
We work with your team to finalize shirt options, artwork, ink colors, printing setup, and event logistics.
3. WE BRING THE PRINT SHOP
Our team arrives before the event to set up the screens, inks, dryer, shirts, and guest experience.
4. YOUR GUESTS START PRINTING
Guests choose their shirt and design, then watch their custom merch get printed right in front of them.
STRAIGHTFORWARD EVENT PRICING
$1,200 nonrefundable booking fee
Plus $6 per printed shirt
100-shirt minimum
Your booking fee reserves the event date and covers planning, coordination, equipment, setup, breakdown, and on-site printing staff.
Shirts, travel, specialty garments, additional print locations, and other custom event requirements are quoted separately when applicable.
Optional back print: $1.50 per shirt

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend contacting us at least four to six weeks before your event. Larger events, custom garments, and busy seasonal dates may require more lead time.
How much space do you need?
Most events require approximately a 10-by-10-foot space for our equipment, shirts, staff, and guest interaction.
What power do you need?
We generally require access to a dedicated 20-amp electrical outlet. We will confirm all power and setup requirements during event planning.
How many shirts can you print?
Production depends on the number of designs, print locations, guest flow, garment choices, and event setup. We will recommend a configuration based on your attendance and schedule.
What can you print?
Shirts are our most popular option. Depending on the event and artwork, we may also be able to print tote bags, bandanas, posters, pennants, notebooks, and other flat or fabric items.
Can guests choose between multiple designs?
Yes. Multiple design choices can be offered when the event schedule, budget, and production setup allow for them.
Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in Raleigh and regularly travel throughout North Carolina. Regional and out-of-state events may also be available with additional travel costs.
Can you provide the shirts?
Yes. We source soft, high-quality shirts in the sizes, colors, and styles selected for your event.
What happens to unused shirts?
Unused blank garments remain the client’s property and can be delivered after the event unless another arrangement is made in advance.
Is the booking fee refundable?
No. The $1,200 booking fee is nonrefundable because it reserves your date and covers advance planning, administration, preparation, and scheduling.
