Mitch's Tavern, located at 2426 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27607, has been a Raleigh icon for decades. Mitch Hazouri has owned the spot since 1974, and very recently teamed up with the management group of Van Alson (Slim's, Comet, 348390 other bars, and his partner Chris Post (Mo Joes Burgers) to re-open! Mitch will be staying on to consult, and is still the heart and soul of Hillsborough St. Fun fact: the 1988 film "Bull Durham" chose Mitch's for shooting bar scenes in the movie.
